From 07 January 2015 to 17 February 2015

From January 7 to February 17, the capital of lights, Paris, will be holding the second edition of graphic art festival 2015 ( La fete du graphisme Paris 2015).

Successfully launched in January 2014, the Graphic Art Festival became the first international event dedicated to the graphic arts in all shapes and forms.

For this second edition, the festival wishes to celebrate graphic design, which consists of the production of posters, packaging, wrapping websites etc., both visible daily discipline but little known to the general public.

The graphism festival 2015 will begin with an exhibition of 40 French and international graphic designers who have imagined how to "Celebrate Earth" through a social, ecological and even cultural prism.

In the rest of the festivities, the cinema will occupy the museum of decorative arts with "Sacred characters", and the MK2 Bibliothèque with generic Night, which will project typography on the big screen.

All keen fans about graphic arts will be enchanted with so many appointments that will be offered to the public to discover the multidisciplinary graphic arts.

Exhibitions, shows, meetings and conferences will be held at the Town Hall, the Cité Internationale des Arts, The Gaîté lyrique, The MK2 cinema, and the Bibliothèque nationale de France (BNF) - France’s national library.

During this new cultural event in the international calendar, the works of more than 200 graphic designers will be featured.

Furthermore, the organizers of the Festival Graphic this year wish to publish a book of 500 pages, which will present the works of different exposures of this second edition.
