You have always loved dogs and you enjoy watching the joyful beats of their tails! So "Woof, une exposition qui a du chien" is a show for you!

It seems that the dog is the best friend of man. It seems sometimes that is the best friend of photographers for whom animal is an eternal source of inspiration. A selection of 70 photographs by 14 artists from around the world will be on display from 4 September to November 4 at the Sakura gallery Paris.

The work of these 14 artists from all walks reveals the multitude of possible visions and richness of our relationship with this animal, now a full member of millions of families. Humanization is quite naturally one of the predominant themes in the work of these artists.

Among these artists, Sophie Gamand with her series that won the prestigious Sony World Photography Award in 2014.

You will be amazed by the work of various artists each with a different vision. Sarah Ernhart, for instance, makes portraits of dogs in the manner of old family portraits, while Grace Chon photograph couples dog master dressed the same clothes! The German Elke Vogelsang takes hilarious dog portraits in studio, truffles stuck on the lens when the artist Murat Aslan mixing the faces of men and dogs, to create portraits completely surreal ...

At the same playful spirit, a competition will be held on the opening night of the exhibition on September 11 and an original photographic competition entitled "Selfies Woof" will be offered for the duration of the exhibition.

As funny and quirky as its title suggests, this free photo expo showcases doggies and nothing but stuffed animals in a tizzy ... It is a rendez-vous not to be missed!
