Terms and Conditions of Sales
The www.hotelcambon.com website is a hotel reservation tool.
It is published by SA HOTEL CAMBON (hereinafter referred to as “the Hotel”), a company with share capital of €333,300.00 whose registered office is located at 3 Rue Cambon - 75001 Paris and which is registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number RCS 582 100 640.

Preamble
- These General Terms and Conditions of Sales apply to individual bookings made by the customer for his/her personal needs.
- The booking request implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale and full and unreserved acceptance of their provisions.
- The reservation request must be made in the name of one of the persons who will be staying at the Hotel (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”).
- The Customer acknowledges having read and accepted these general terms and conditions of sale and the terms and conditions of sale of the reserved rate available on the website.
- The Customer declares that he/she is legally capable of entering into a contract, i.e. has reached the age of majority and is not under guardianship.
- The customer’s agreement to the general terms and conditions of sale and the terms and conditions of sale of the fare booked is obtained at the time of booking; no booking is possible without this agreement.
- Payment made at the time of a reservation for which the conditions of sale of the tariff do not allow the reservation to be modified or cancelled will hereinafter be referred to as the prepayment.
Article 1: Booking
- The booking is deemed to have been made when the bank details are validated.
- The customer may book on the Website, on an individual basis, and for his/her personal needs, a limited number of rooms per booking and on a single Mobile Service. For reservations of 4 (four) rooms, the Hotel reserves the right to apply special pricing conditions and cancellation policies to the corresponding contracts.
- Prior to making any reservation, the Customer undertakes to complete the information requested on the reservation request form.
- The customer attests to the truthfulness and accuracy of the information provided.
- The booking procedure includes the following stages:
- Choosing dates of stay and the number of occupants (adults, children or babies);
- Choosing a room category and rate;
- Selection of one or more additional services, if needed;
- Summary of the booking, its total price, the applicable sales conditions and any adjustments;
- Customer details;
- Entry of credit card details (if required);
- Acceptance of terms and conditions;
- Validation of the reservation.
The Hotel acknowledges receipt of the Customer’s reservation by sending a confirmation email summarising the contract, services, prices and applicable conditions.
Article 2: Cancellation conditions
- In accordance with article L.121-20-4 of the French Consumer Code, the customer does not have the right of withdrawal.
- The conditions of sale for the booked rate specify cancellation and modification terms.
- Non-refundable bookings cannot be modified or cancelled. Deposits are not reimbursed.
- Where allowed, cancellation must be made by email to the Hotel.
- In case of early departure, the night of departure remains due. No refund for prepaid stays.
- Rooms are available from 3 p.m. and must be vacated before 12 p.m. Late check-out may be possible with extra charge.
Article 3: Prices
- Prices are in euros and include VAT applicable on the day of booking.
- Additional services and tourist tax are added at invoicing.
- Only the price confirmed at booking is binding.
Article 4: Terms of payment
- Payment is made directly to the hotel unless prepaid.
- Bank details are required as guarantee (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
- Payment is usually made at the hotel, except prepaid rates.
- Prepaid amounts are debited at booking.
- Prepayment includes accommodation, breakfast (if selected), taxes and extras (excluding tourist tax).
- In case of no-show or late cancellation, the total amount may be charged.
- The credit card used may be requested at check-in.
Article 5: Relocation
In case of force majeure or technical issues, the hotel will offer alternative accommodation of equal or higher category and cover any additional costs.
Article 6: Stay at the hotel
- Guests must complete an arrival form and may be asked for ID.
- Rooms must be used properly; misconduct may result in eviction without refund.
- Internet must not be used for illegal purposes.
- Guests are responsible for damages.
- Smoking or vaping is prohibited; penalties may apply.
Article 7: Complaints
Complaints must be sent within 15 days after departure.
Article 8: Liability
- Photos on the website are non-contractual.
- The hotel is not responsible for force majeure, third-party issues or technical failures.
Article 9: Personal data
- The Hotel processes personal data (identity, contact details, payment info).
- Customers have rights of access, rectification, limitation and deletion under GDPR.
- Requests can be made via email.
- Data is used for customer management, bookings and statistics.
- Third-party providers may process data under their own policies.
Article 10: Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. The French version prevails in case of dispute.
Article 11: Updates
These terms may be modified at any time and apply as soon as published online.
